Default features of this model:

* 3 full circle tulle layers, with multiple folded handkerchief layers added on top, unlined, completely sheer.
* Tulle tie for closure at the front, the part (slit) can optionally be on your right, left or front middle - can be tied as shown any other preferred way, as a bow as well (like our Elle overskirt). It does opens all the way can be easily taken off as part of the performance or the first dance.
* Color shown: seafoam (new shade, color not yet in the color chart) for the inner layer, ivory for the outer layers. Made from our non hand dyeable tulle, but multiple combinations are available from the selection. The way that the layers are layered, the color effect is a beautiful dimensional "lit from within", ombre kind of look. The tie is color always equals the color of the top layers - unless requested otherwise. In the shown case - it's ivory as the top layers are ivory.
* All top layers are featuring handkerchief layers, and the train is also very whimsically cut, three layers are forming an edgy train that goes with the overall design.
* Features a train 55cm/22" train, we can do default as pictured or custom create a train to cover your dress train. No train is of course also always an option.

Works wonderfully over slim skirts or dresses, such as: Iris, Indra, Una, Vivian, Julianne, Josephine (photographed over it), Oria, Laurel, Josephine or even Aiko for an extra ooomph during the ceremony or photo shoot. Also perfect for any other wedding dress you may already have, especially if it's a sheath or a mermaid design, but will fit over a ball gown too. A great way to add just a touch of color to any dress, skirt, pants, jumpsuit or shorts.

Returns and exchange details

Every item is custom made from scratch to each customers measurements, therefore returns for a refund are not offered. Nobody else can wear your garment as it was made just for you. Minor alterations are a normal expectation everywhere in the bridal garment industry, us included. If we make a mistake or send you a somehow faulty product - we will certainly take responsibility and offer a suitable solution (e.g alter it ourselves, pay for alterations on your end, send fabric, etc, whatever is needed to solve the problem).
Kindly take notice, that complaints are welcome within a week after delivery and might not be considered past that time.

REGARDING POTENTIAL ALTERATIONS

Please do not be under impression, that since these are made to measure, you will definitely need no further (local) alterations to make sure the garments fit like a glove. The more fitting the garment - the more likely you will need alterations, besides the measurements themselves, posture is also important for such items. All bodysuits are expected to need further altering, please take note, if you are ordering Faerie, Nora, Grace, Indra, Dolores, Tulia, Yona or any other bodysuits - it makes sense to book a tailors appointment for after your delivery.

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM WHEN SOMETHING DOESN'T FIT TO A GREAT EXTENT:

Please contact us within a week post delivery for a solution. A statement "this garment piece doesn't fit" is unfortunately not a claim we can consider. If, for example, your skirt is too short for you, too wide, or too narrow, please kindly measure it, compare it to the measurements you gave us, and if a discrepancy is indeed found, please send us photos that show it (measuring tape around your body, measuring tape across the garment (we are happy to tell you how to measure the garment if you are not sure and need assistance). If we indeed are to blame for the ill fitting garment, beyond the extent of expected nips and tucks on the bodysuit or a tight fitting top we covered before, we will absolutely be of service of solving the problem. We will either pay for alterations on your end, send you a new garment or just a part of it (e.g, new sleeves), take it back to alter ourselves.

COLOR INFORMATION/DISCLAIMER

Regarding color matching to items from other shops: the only way to guarantee that we make an exact matching garment (be it ivory, white, or another color) to another garment made elsewhere is to mail us a real life sample or that garment itself, that would safely be returned to you together with it's 100% matching other half. Please do not order our "ivory" to match other shops "ivory" without prior consultation - it is not guaranteed that everyone's "ivory" is the same exact matching shade, everyone may have different ones. The ivory we use is light and sometimes more likely to match another vendors "off white" than a true, deeper, more yellow ivory.

For hand dyed colors: please be aware, if you are getting a hand dyed color skirt, for example, a Nora, and want an exact color matching short skirt, veil, or a lace topper - those items must be dyed at the same exact time, that is the only guarantee there will be no tonal difference. The same goes for factory stock colors - they do differ slightly between rolls, and it's the case throughout the entire fashion industry.

What size are Wardrobe by Dulcinea clothes?

Please know not to delay ordering because you are not ready to provide measurements yet. They are not due at the time of the order and a custom measurements retrieval timeline is a common practice.

How do I submit my measurements? Do I have to give them at the time of the order?

They are not due at the time of the order due to our queue, but are always welcome right away if you're ready to provide them. You can add them to the "notes to seller" or to message seller right after purchase. If you are on a weight loss journey, please know not to delay ordering because you are not ready to provide measurements yet. It may be too late to schedule your dress making in once you are, we need your two piece dress orders in at least 5-6 months in advance before the big day (if you are comfortable getting the dress one to two months prior). We ourselves are not comfortable delivering any tops any less than a month before the big day and therefore won't accept a rush that doesn't allow us to do so. You may need alterations.

I know this is the dress I want, but my wedding is in 6 months, a year, or more. Will the listing still be available then?

We cannot be sure of that, as there can be many reasons to discontinue a product, most important of which is - fabric supplier discontinues a certain fabric. Therefore we strongly advise and encourage placing your order early to reserve the fabrics we have in stock, as well as the timeline, for when you are ready to provide your measurements. As we covered in the previous question, we can certainly wait for those and we love early orders that are stress free for both parties involved.

Can a certain top, skirt or a dress be made in custom color?

Really depends on the garment, some only come in one color, some are hand dyed in multiple custom created shades, please do write to us and send a color reference photo along with your inquiry. Simply naming the color (e.g. "blush") is often not enough, because if it is a hand dyed garment, then there can be dozens of blush shades, and you and I can imagine different ones. We want you to have just the shade you love and want to wear.

Do you accept rush orders? How much extra does it cost?

Only if we are able to. Please message us with your deadline and location and we will be able to tell you right away if we can meet it. We do not charge anything extra for rush orders - we are either able to schedule it in or we are not, and we already use DHL Express Worldwide shipping for your garments and it takes mere days to be delivered, so there is nothing to upgrade in that regard.

How are your clothes made? Do you use any production partners?

All of our clothes are made in our studio - from start to finish. We pattern, cut, dye, sew, iron, embellish and ship directly from our studio. How long is the production of a specific item or two?

Current production timelines:

Veils - 2 weeks order to shipping.
Toppers and overskirts - 4 weeks order to shipping.
A top or a skirt (one item): 8-10 weeks order to shipping.
Two piece wedding dress - 4 months order to shipping. This means if you get one top separately and another skirt separately - timeline is 4months. Also if it's two skirts or two tops. Veils do not add to the total timeline.

Rush orders may be available if we have time slots we can fit your production in, please inquire before placing the order.

Will I need alterations?

It depends highly what you getting and how well your measurements were taken. Highly unlikely (unless you provided wrong measurements or gained/lost weight) if you are getting just the skirt. For tops: about 30% of a possibility to need some alterations, more likely for a tight fit than a loose fit model. Very likely to need alterations (IMPORTANT to take note) - for all bodysuits, as they should be fitted during production and posture itself matters for these. If you are ordering Dolores, Grace, Faerie, Nora, Yona, Indra, Tulia, Eleanor, Kyra or any other bodysuits - please make sure you have a tailor available before your big day, after arrival of your order. We can inform you of an exact time you will be receiving your garment.

You have so many colors listed in some items, and none or just two for others, is there a color that I can get every item in?

Yes, there is! It's ivory, if you want a 100% matching top and bottom and have an absolute styling freedom, you can choose ivory or "fully ivory" (meaning lace and tops underlay are both ivory there) for both and they will be the same exact shade on any of the items. On a similar note, snow white/pure white and white - are definitely the same white color, don't worry :) just pure, bright white under those names. We have been around since 2014 and gradual changes to the listings and new items added resulted in some color name discrepancies, but those are all certainly the same pure white.

I am afraid to buy my wedding dress or part of it online. Can you provide reassurance?
